Welcome to Quarrydale United FC under 8's homepage
Quarrydale United is an FA Charter Standard Club which was Founded in 1998. All our coaches are qualified to at least level one and must be CRB checked. Two coaches are qualified to UEFA B level and have both worked in academies at pro clubs for some years. We are always looking to develop our club and we would encourage boys and girls at all ages to join us .
Quarrydale United under 8's was started as a group back in 2006 as a soccer school at Quarrydale school and the Bentink. The aim of the soccer school was to give young kids a taste of football before they were old enough to join a team and hopefully help them develop their own social skills as working with other kids within their team.
In 2008 Paul adkin took the group to the next stage in its creation and gave birth (not literally) to the Quarrydale United as we see them today in the under 8's category. Shortly after Paul was joined by Craig Walker in 2008 as coaching assistant and now assistant manager.
In 2009 the team was then joined by Scott as coaching assistant.
